England x Reader Forever and Always

She's sitting at the table, the hours get later
He was supposed to be here
She's sure he would have called
You sat on your front porch waiting for your fiancé Arthur Kirkland to come home. He hadn't come back from work and you were starting to worry. Arthur would always call or text if he was running late or something of that nature. You went out to see that your neighbors Erin (*me*) and Gil Beilshmit sitting outside.
"Hey, Have you seen Arthur?" You ask.

"No, why? Is something wrong?" Erin asks concerned. Everyone new how inseparable you guys were.    

"I don't know…"  you say as you walk back into your little house.
You stare at out the window, remembering when Arthur proposed to you

~le Flashback~

"(Y/n) we need to talk." Your boyfriend says.
Arthur; your boyfriend never showed emotion so when he asked to talk to you, your mind reeled.

"(Y/n) I –"
Tears flowed out your eyes freely.
"Arthur please don't I love you!"

"Love, why are you crying?" He asked worried

"Y-y-y-you're not going to break up with me?"
He stares at you shocked

"No of course not I know I have hard time showing you my feelings but that's not what we need to talk about, here sit down" He says nervously pulling out a chair. You sit down wondering what he wants to talk about.
And then he gets down on one knee and says

Through the good and the bad and the ugly
We'll grow old together
Forever and always"`  
~le flashback ends~

You get a call from the hospital saying you need to come quick, that something happened. You ran to your car as fast as you could.
She pulls up to the entrance
She walks right to the front desk

~They lead her down a million halls, a maze that's never ending
They talk about what happened but she can barely hear them
She tries to keep a straight face as she walks into the room
She sits by his bedside, holds his hand too tight
They talk about the kids they're gonna have and the good life
The house on the hillside, where they would stay~

Pulling out and speeding to the hospital. You check in as a visitor and run past the nurse who was trying to tell you what happened.
"Oh, Arthur!" You say as you run and grab his hand.
"too.. tight.." He says with a small smile.
"Arthur when you get out I-i-i-I want to try to have a kid. A house in the countryside we could start over with her or him."  

He smiles the smile that you fell in love with. "Yes love, we can do it all"  

~Then she gets an idea and calls in the nurses
Brings up the chaplain and he says a couple verses
She borrows some rings from the couple next door
Everybody's laughing as the tears fall on the floor
She looks into his eyes, and she says~

While talking to Arthur you all of a sudden you had an idea. Calling the nurse and then the (what ever religious leader you have) says verses. Before they ask about the rings Erin and Gil run into the room giving two rings. You smile gratefully taking them you turn to him and whisper:

"I want you forever, forever and always
Through the good and the bad and the ugly
We'll grow old together, and always remember
Whether happy or sad or whatever
We'll still love each other, forever and always
Forever and always, forever and always"

He smiles remembering those words he said to you many months ago. He closes his eyes and everyone here's the beep getting slower. He says one more thing before he was wheeled off to the operating room.
"I love you forever, forever and always
Please just remember even if I'm not there
I'll always love you, forever and always"

8 painfull hours of sleeping, crying and screaming, The doctors give you the news
You sat on the front porch of your house in the suburbs with your husband Arthur Kirkland waching as your grandson proposed to his girlfriend singing

Whether happy or sad or whatever

And with that you give Arthur a giant kiss with tears eyes.
